Don't take it personal if I don't get to the phone on the first ring, I'm busy focusing on the current home I'm inspecting. That is the type of attention to detail and focus you can expect from me. I guarantee you will not be over looked, you can count on me to get you scheduled and taken care of.
I Work for YOU.
I'm Apollo Zimmerman, Certified professional home inspector and owner of A-Z Michigan Home Inspection.
I know when making one of the biggest decisions of your life things can get overwhelming. I am here to help by taking the guess work out the true condition of the home with an unbiased skilled perspective. I work for you from the minute I step on the property to the minute I deliver your finalized inspection report and beyond.
I have one boss. The client! I don't pay to be put on real estate office "approved vendors lists" (which is against all licensing bodies and trade associates code of ethics), I don't make golf course deals with guys you see on billboards and never in real life. In other words, I only inspect homes, and I do it very well unburdened by any conflicts of interests.
I am certified in the state of Michigan to conduct professional home inspections whether it be brand new construction or older homes, large estates or fixer-uppers, and HUD homes. I inspect them all as if I was inspecting for my own family.
I guarantee you will be happy with A-Z Michigan Home Inspection.
If you do get my name from an agent, that simply means they hold the same values as I do. A vote of confidence form an agent shows they are interested in value and integrity for the client too.

"Approved Vendors List"- A short word.
These are a deceptive list of people that appear to have been tested, but have simply payed a large yearly fee and pay for a real estate office to have a free lunch a couple times a year. This is not a vetted or a researched lists. All you do is pay up and you show up. It is against all home inspection organizations code of ethics to participate in these list. Do you want someone inspecting your house that breaks their own code of ethics? Don't be fooled.
